The decision of this court handed down November 10, 1930, is hereby amended to read as follows: Decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Queens county denying probate to a paper propounded as the will of Mary D. Slater, deceased, unanimously affirmed, with costs to respondents, payable out of the estate. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Kapper, Hagarty, Carswell and Seudder, JJ.
