Considering our Order in 18-OB-1323 rendered this day, granting the Petition for Permanent Resignation from the Practice of Law filed by Gregory Timothy Discon,
IT IS ORDERED that these proceedings be and hereby are dismissed as moot.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion for Stay filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel in this matter be and hereby is denied as moot.
