During the pendency of disciplinary proceedings, respondent submitted his resignation as an attorney and counselor at law. Resignation accepted and respondent’s name ordered to be struck from the roll of attorneys. Nolan, P. J., Beldoek, Ughetta and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
