At the time the respondent surrendered his license, a panel hearing was pending on a complaint in accordance with Supreme Court Rule 211 (2006 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 284). The complaint concerns allegations of misconduct that respondent violated Rules 1.15(a) and (d), and KRPC 8.4(b), (c), and (g) of the Kansas Rules of Professional Conduct.
