ORDER

Considering the request of respondent to resign from the Louisiana Bar, and the response thereto filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,

IT IS ORDERED that respondent’s request for resignation be and hereby is denied. Respondent may file a petition for permanent resignation in lieu of discipline [965]*965in accordance with the requirements of Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 20.1.
