Order reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and application denied. Held, that the Primary Election Law, Laws 1898, p. 351, c. 179, § 9, subd. 1, provides for the selection of a city committee, and does not authorize the selection of such committee in the manner directed by the order appealed from.
