Disciplinary Proceeding

PER CURIAM.

Upon review of the findings and recommendations of the Hearing Committee and the Disciplinary Board and of the record filed herein, the court adopts the Disciplinary Board’s recommendation except for the indefinite suspension.

Accordingly, it is ordered that Walter J. Crittenden be suspended from the practice of law for a period of thirty days from the finality of this decision.
