Opinion

by Motion byrespondent for reconsideration of this court’s decision dated March 5, 1984 [100 AD2d 979] which imposed a five-year suspension from the practice of law by the respondent and upon reconsideration to modify the suspension by reducing same to a two-year period, or in the alternative, to permit the respondent leave to apply for reinstatement after two years’ suspension.

Motion denied. Bracken, J. P., Brown, Niehoff and Rubin, JJ., concur.
