OPINION OF THE COURT

[928] Concur: Chief Judge Kaye and Judges Bellacosa, Smith, Levine, Ciparick, Wesley and Rosenblatt.

[927] On the Court’s own motion, it is determined that Honorable Robert M. Corning, Sr. is suspended, with pay, effective immediately, from the office of Justice of the Ovid Town Court, [928] Seneca County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.
