ORDER

Considering the Petition for Transfer to Active Status filed by respondent, and the [129]*129responses thereto filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,

IT IS ORDERED that the petition be and hereby is denied at this time. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 22(G)(8), respondent may reapply for transfer to active status upon a showing that he has been judicially declared to be competent.
