Delivered and Filed: August 19, 2026 PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DISMISSED On August 5, 2026, relators Concepcion Quintero Hernandez and Kassey Guerra filed a petition for writ of mandamus. On August 13, 2026, relators filed a motion to dismiss the petition, stating that the parties have reached a Rule 11 agreement regarding the underlying trial cause. In light of the foregoing, we grant relators’ motion and dismiss their petition for writ of mandamus.
