Opinion

In re Confidential Party; — Plaintiff; Applying For Appointment of Commissioner.

Considering that this matter has remained on this court’s docket without action being taken towards resolution for almost nine years, and considering the request by retired Judge Frank Foil to be relieved of his appointment as commissioner in this matter, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that petitioner’s application for admission to the' Louisiana Bar be and hereby is dismissed without prejudice.
