[, Reconsideration denied. No further applications shall be considered in this matter unless petitioner can demonstrate a change in circumstances materially affecting his character and fitness. See In re: Jordan, 00-3006 (La. 12/15/00), 775 So.2d 1065. Additionally, in no event will any application for admission be considered if filed less than one year from finality of our order in In re: Committee on Bar Admissions CFN-3463, 16-1920 (La. 11/18/16), 206 So.3d 860.
