Opinion

In re: Cindy Malvo applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, 343 So.2d 1178, Third Circuit, Parish of Calcasieu.

Application denied; there was no error below on the constitutionality of the commitment statute; the showing made does not convince us that relator’s due process rights were violated in the application of the statute. O’Connor v. Donaldson, 422 U.S. 563, 95 S.Ct. 2486, 45 L.Ed.2d 396 is distinguishable.
