Upon consideration of the application of appellanf/eross-appellee, FirstEnergy Solutions Corp., for dismissal of its cross-appeal, it is ordered by the court that the application for dismissal is granted. The cross-appeal of FirstEnergy Solutions Corp. is dismissed, and the case remains pending on all other appeals.
