Opinion

On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of the Youth Law Center to file a brief amicus curiae is GRANTED. The amicus brief submitted on July 11, 2018, is accepted for filing. On further order of the Chief Justices, the motion of respondent-appellant to extend the time for filing her reply in support of the application for leave to appeal is GRANTED. The reply will be accepted for filing if submitted on or before August 20, 2018.
