Opinion

Considering the joint motion of J. Gregory Caver and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.

It is ordered pursuant to Rule 19 and the inherent authority of this Court that J. Gregory Caver be, and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law effective Monday, April 8, 1996 on an interim basis pending further disciplinary proceedings. It is further ordered that disciplinary counsel institute appropriate disciplinary proceedings.
