Opinion

ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY .PROCEEDING

PER CURIAM.

Respondent, Randall J. Cashio, seeks review of a ruling of the disciplinary board imposing a public reprimand. Having reviewed the record and the briefs of the parties, we find the Office of Disciplinary Counsel failed to prove the charged misconduct by clear and' convincing evidence.

[940]*940Accordingly, it is the judgment of this court that the formal charges be and hereby are dismissed.
