Opinion

In re Ted R. Broyles, applying for an order temporarily restraining the hearing of criminal cases.

Granted.

DIXON, J., and MARCUS, J., would deny the motion at this time, reserving the right to the mover to reapply. CALOGERO, J., concurs in granting relator’s motion that he be temporarily relieved from the performance of duties in criminal cases for the reason that such limited request is the only matter properly before the court in this application.
