In re Disciplinary Counsel La.St. Bar;— Other(s) notice of discipline in another jurisdiction pursuant to Rule XIX, Section 21, and motion to initiate reciprocal discipline proceedings.

Upon expiration of thirty days from the service of notice without the filing of any [1311]*1311claim that the imposition of identical discipline in Louisiana would be unwarranted, identical discipline is hereby imposed in Louisiana.
