The petition herein showing respondent pleaded guilty and was convicted of the charge of subornation of perjury in the first degree in the County Court of Bangs county, and the petition herein having been served on the respondent, who defaulted on the return day, the respondent is disbarred and his name ordered struck from the roll of attorneys.
