PER CURIAM.

Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated ("Appellant") appeals the order denying its motion to compel arbitration¹ with respect to claims filed by Michael R. Gibbons, acting as personal representative of the Estate of Mary Tieber Briece, against Appellant and Mary Lee Grone. We find no error has occurred.

No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. We have, however, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed under Rule 84.16(b).
