Satisfactory proof having been provided that David M. Bratcher has been temporarily suspended from the practice of law in Tennessee by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in proceeding number 91-557-5-C-(4.3) 2,

IT IS ORDERED that David M. Bratcher is hereby suspended from the practice of law in Louisiana pending further orders of this Court.
