ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS

ORDER

After consideration of the petition for consent discipline, it is the decision of this court that the proposed consent discipline be rejected. Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 20(A). The Office of Disciplinary Counsel is ordered to proceed with institution and prosecution of all disciplinary complaints pending against the respondent.
