OPINION OF THE COURT

On the Court’s own motion, it is determined that Honorable Kinley W. Bowers, Jr. is removed, effective September 15, 1995, from his office of Justice of the Philadelphia Town Court and Justice of the Philadelphia Village Court, Jefferson County, pursuant to New York Constitution, article VI, § 22 (f) and Judiciary Law § 44 (8) (b).
