Order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 21, 1975, affirmed, without costs. There was a failure on the part of appellant to establish by a fair preponderance of the credible evidence any grounds for the removal of the committee of the person of the incompetent. Hopkins, Acting P. J., Cohalan, Christ, Brennan and Munder, JJ., concur.
