Appeal by The Long Island Rah Road Company, taken pursuant to section 91 of the Railroad Law, from an order of the Public Service Commission directing that the structure carrying appellant’s railroad over Shore road, town of North Hempstead, be relocated and reconstructed, and granting other appropriate incidental relief. Order unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
