CADWALADER, District Judge.

The opinion of the learned assessors appears from proceedings of the register and of assignees, who were .lawyers, to coincide with prevalent views of members of the legal profession in [212]*212the state. I fully concur. In these cases, therefore, the respective exemptions are sustained.
