MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before we issued an opinion, Relators Bechtel Corporation, Bechtel Global Corporation, Bechtel Energy, Inc., and Bechtel Energy Construction Services, Inc. filed a motion to dismiss Relators’ original proceeding seeking a writ of mandamus. We grant the motion, lift all orders granting temporary relief, and dismiss this original proceeding without reference to the merits.
