Appeal from an order denying appellant’s motion to strike certain items from a bill of costs allowed to the petitioner in a discovery proceeding in the Surrogate’s Court of Kings county. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
