Opinion

The matter having been calendared for hearing, and the time for the submission of briefs having expired, the Court ex mero moto orders briefing.

Respondent shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this order to file a brief. The brief for the Judicial Standards Commission shall be due thirty (30) days from the service of Respondent's brief.

This matter shall be heard without oral argument pursuant to Rule 30(f).
