ORDER

Considering the Motion filed by Interim Chief Disciplinary Counsel requesting permission to publish a general notice in the Journal of the Louisiana State Bar Association regarding expunction of records:

Said Motion is granted.

The notice requirements of Rule XIX, Section 4(B)(ll)(i) are hereby waived for the year 1993, and Disciplinary Counsel is authorized to notify all respondent attorneys by notice published in the Journal of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
