Opinion

An objection was taken to an affidavit of the service of papers per mail, on the ground that it was not stated that they were enclosed in a wrapper. The objection was sustained. Mr. Justice Brqnson observed that much had been done for the convenience of parties in the service of papers, and with the rule of the court in this particular there must be a strict compliance.
