Opinion
Appeals from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County (James R. Griffith, J.), entered July 19, 2007 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10. The order, among other things, placed Kallea E in the care and custody of petitioner.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs for reasons stated at Family Court. Present—Scudder, P.J., Centra, Fahey, Green and Gorski, JJ.
