Opinion

HOLLAND, District Judge.

The findings of fact by the referee in

this case are approved, and we agree with his conclusion that the bankrupt was not entitled to have property to the amount of $300 set aside for his use. The order entered by the referee October 27, 1905, is also approved, and the trustee directed to proceed in accordance with the directions therein contained.
