Opinions

STOULIG, Judge.

A review of the proceedings discloses, and supplemental briefs confirm, there was no signed judgment (an indispensable prerequisite for a valid appeal) when the record was lodged in this court. (Pearce ex rel. Livestock Sanitary Board v. Johnson, 250 So.2d 567 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1971): and Mossler Acceptance Co. v. Moliere, 181 So. 228 [Orl.La.App.1938]). Accordingly we dismiss this appeal without prejudice.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
