Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by striking out the surcharge of income taxes paid by the trustee and increasing the allowance of the attorney from $200 to $500, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., O’Malley, Townley, Glennon and Untermyer, JJ.
