In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the items marked “A” consist of rattancore paper plate mats, napkin holders, and wheelbarrows similar in all material respects to those the subject of Abstract 68437 and that the items marked “B” consist of kleenex box covers the same as those the subject of Quon Quon Company v. United States (41 Cust. Ct. 178, C.D. 2038), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
