Action for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff, while under a fire truck as a consequence of the direction of defendant’s employee, had, his clothing caught in the driveshaft and suffered personal injuries. Judgment for plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ.
