Opinion
We find no error in the trial court’s dismissal, with prejudice, of a second amended complaint against the appellee city, for failure to enforce its building regulations in regard to a building in excess of 40 years old. See Trianon Park Condominium Association, Inc. v. City of Hialeah, 468 So.2d 912 (Fla.1985); Centrust Savings Bank v. City of Miami (Fla. 3d DCA 1986), 11 FLW 558.
