Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the denial of the temporary injunction. To the extent that the order denying the temporary injunction also decided the merits of the case, we reverse and remand for a full hearing on this matter on the authority of Cox v. Florida [1148]*1148Mobile Leasing, Inc., 478 So.2d 1200 (Fla. 4th DCA 1985).

AFFIRM IN PART; REVERSE IN PART.
