After Remand From The Alabama Supreme Court

PER CURIAM.

The Alabama Supreme Court has reversed this court’s judgment of April 28, 2000, and has remanded the case. See Ex parte Meztista, 845 So.2d 795 (Ala.2001). The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
