LABORDE, Judge.

This suit was consolidated at trial and on appeal with Hebert v. Williams, 526 So.2d 835 (La.App. 3d Cir.1988) rendered this day. As noted in the opinion, appellant, First State Insurance Company, failed to perfect its appeal; therefore, its position cannot be considered. This appeal is dismissed.
