AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Presiding Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Hutcherson, 677 So.2d 1205 (Ala.1996), the judgment is reversed and the cause remanded to the Circuit Court for Mobile County for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED..
