Opinion

This was a writ of error brought to reverse a judgment of a justice of the peace, similar to that in the last case, the justice having imposed a fine of five dollars thirty-three cents, for neglect of appearance, armed and equipped according to law, at a company muster; and for that cause the proceedings were quashed.
