Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Eric R. Hurst seeks certiorari review of a non-final order of the Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission. We treat the petition as one seeking review of a non-final administrative order pursuant to Section 120.68(1), Florida Statutes (2013), but because petitioner has failed to demonstrate that review of the final agency action of the Commission would not provide an adequate remedy, we DENY the petition without reaching the merits.

LEWIS, C.J., BENTON and SWANSON, JJ., concur.
