In re Heritage Buick Inc.; applying for supervisory writs; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “H”, No. 84-6157; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. C-4735.

Granted. The judgment of the district court is reversed and the Motion for Summary Judgment is granted.. See DeCastro v. Boylan, 367 So.2d 83 (La.App. 4th Circ.) writs denied, 369 So.2d 458 (La.1979).
