Per Curiam:

Johnny A. Hurd appeals from a judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief, without an evidentiary hearing, after he pleaded guilty to first-degree tampering and driving with a revoked license. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
