Opinion
Appellant was charged with first degree murder. He entered a plea of not guilty. Upon trial the jury found him guilty of murder in the second degree. The court entered judgment and imposed a sentence of twenty-five years in the State Penitentiary.
The grounds relied on for reversal have been considered in the light of the record and briefs, and we find no reversible error has been shown. Therefore, the judgment and sentence are affirmed.
