Opinion

LATTIMORE, J.

Conviction for manufacturing intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary. We find in the record neither a statement of facts nor bill of exceptions. The indictment appears to be regular, and is followed by the charge of the court, the judgment, and sentence. No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
